Sponsorship Opportunities

Platinum Level Conference Sponsor $2500+ Donation:

Your Company’s name and logo will appear on all written materials & advertising including: Press Releases, television ads, Community Board postings, registration forms, Headline recognition in the conference program, conference bags, T-shirts, and a link to your company will be added on the Women in Science Web Page. Your company will also have the opportunity to include company information or branded giveaways in the bags distributed to all participants.

If your sponsorship is confirmed before July 15, 2007, your company logo would be printed on the conference bags.

Your Company would be recognized as a Platinum Level Sponsor at the conference with a banner ad that would be prominently displayed at the conference. You will also have the opportunity to set up a company booth in the reception area of the conference.

Gold Level Classroom Sponsor $500+ Donation:

Your Company would receive a prominent ad in the conference program, which is given to attendees, parents, and presenters. Your Company will have the opportunity to include literature in the attendee bags, as well as branded giveaways. If your sponsorship is confirmed before July 15, 2007, your company’s name would be printed on the conference bags, and recognized as a Gold Level Sponsor on the NJWC webpage for the conference, with a link to your company website.

Your Company would be recognized as a Gold Level Sponsor at the conference with a company-supplied banner ad that would be prominently displayed in one of the classrooms.

Silver Level $300 Donation:

Your Company would receive a Silver Level ad in our conference program, which is given to attendees, parents, and presenters. Your Company’s name would be recognized as a Silver Level Sponsor on the NJWC webpage for the conference.

Bronze Level $150 Donation:

Your Company would be listed as a Bronze Level Sponsor in our conference program, which is given to attendees, parents, and presenters. Your Company’s name would be recognized as a Bronze Level Sponsor on the NJWC webpage for the conference.
