The NJWC’s Women In Science & Math Conference is an all day event that allows over 100 young women who are in grades 6-8 to explore career options in the fields of science, math, and technology.
Goals of the Conference
The middle school years are often when young girls begin to shy away from science and math. Lack of encouragement, social stigmas, and few visible women role models are among factors that lead many young girls in a different direction.Sponsorship Opportunities

Holly Cratsley, Architect
Founder and principal of Nashawtuc Architects, Inc. Ms. Cratsley is a recipient of the Architecture AIA Gold Medal of Excellence. Her work has been featured on “This Old House”.
Kathleen M. Dudzinski, Ph.D, Marine Biologist
Director, Dolphin Communication Project Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration Dr. Dudzinski’s movie ”Dolphins” has been featured at IMAX cinemas.
Alison Draper, Ph.D. Toxicologist
